I’m here to guide you on your journey to better health with compassion and expertise.
My Story
My journey to becoming a dietitian began with a single class—an elective in nutrition during college. That class opened my eyes to the incredible power of nutrition to maintain and improve health. I became fascinated by how something as simple as food could help people have more energy, feel better, and enjoy life to the fullest.
To deepen my expertise, I worked in a hospital for over three years, building a strong foundation in managing a variety of health conditions. I then spent 15 years specializing in end-stage kidney disease, helping patients navigate complex nutritional challenges with care and compassion.
Starting this private practice is my way of making nutrition counseling more accessible. I want to help people take control of their long-term health through personalized guidance and evidence-based recommendations. I believe in meeting you where you are, understanding your unique needs, and empowering you to make lasting changes that improve your life.
My Philosophy
I believe that up-to-date, science-backed information empowers people to take control of their health. With accurate and reliable guidance, clients can feel confident in making choices that align with their goals and values.
True change happens with small, sustainable steps. I work closely with my clients to identify realistic adjustments that fit seamlessly into their lives. These gradual shifts can lead to meaningful, lasting improvements in health and well-being.
My approach incorporates intuitive eating and the Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy. By meeting you where you are, I aim to help you build a healthier, more fulfilling life that’s unique to you.
